Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before project work has commenced.
Refunds
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Custom software, website development, SaaS development, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing services involve significant planning and resource allocation; therefore, refunds may not be available after project commencement.
- If a refund is approved by Enlight Globe Technologies, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Project Delays
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, approvals, or information do not qualify for refunds.
