Project Commencement
Projects begin only after confirmation of the agreed quotation and receipt of the applicable advance payment.
Payments
- Payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation or milestone schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.
- Taxes, where applicable, are additional.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, approvals, and timely feedback required for project completion.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until then, all work remains the property of Enlight Globe Technologies.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu.
